You will get an answer from various teams, 'Yes we have adopted DevOps'. But everyone's interpretation of it is different. It varies from "We have CI/CD" , "We have automation", "We have.... <fill in the blanks>". We at Cisco took a radical approach, viewing it from "Customer's Point" and then lot of other pieces came into play. Not just the CI/CD, or automation, they are essential tools but the Non technical (Sales/ Marketing/ CS) being part of DevOps process and the result was Customer took notice and they wanted to be part of the process.
