Many companies struggle to realize the full potential of Agile by ignoring the underlying organizational culture. In this session we will cover a practical framework for shifting company culture by targeting the core beliefs that drive 'non-agile' behaviors that interfere with successful Agile execution. For each core belief, we will cover the primary motivations and experiences behind the belief and review approaches for exposing the organization to new experiences that lead to a shift in beliefs that enable sustainable culture change.
