Exercise: Uncovering what is really at play driving and constraining the action in your life and in your roles at work. Seeing the gap that the limits of effectiveness inherent in relying on Playbooks creates, Introducing the notion of Pathways and developing a metaphor for revealing and navigating the terrain of this gap, exploring what there is to deal with to close this gap. Exercise: experiencing what it takes to close a gap. Conclusion
